Home remedies to approach muscle pull (strain)

According to the Mayo Clinic, minor muscle strains can be treated with rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE). These home treatments can help promote muscle healing before proper medical attention is needed. R.I.C.E. approach which stand for Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation

Rest
